On top of that, the exterior hardshell is made of really high quality 5mm ABS plastic reinforced with UV inhibitors. As you can see, this Thule hardshell RTT is made to withstand the elements and be a true 4 season roof top tent.

The lower shell combines the ABS with a welded aluminum structure and unique felt lined honeycomb polypropylene panels which not only reinforce support, but offer great insulation.
